Our store is hosted on BigCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Payment:

If you complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, BigCommerce stores your credit card information. This data is encrypted in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Your purchase transaction information is stored only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once finalized, the transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort of companies like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

These PCI-DSS requirements ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and service providers.

Article 5 – Third-Party Services

In general, third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform their services for us.

Cookies

Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether to accept them or not.

  • _session_id: A unique session identifier, allows BigCommerce to store session-related information (referrer, landing page, etc.).
  • _bigcommerce_visit: No data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
  • _bigcommerce_uniq: No data retained, expires at midnight (visitor’s local time) the next day. Counts the number of visits per unique customer.
  • cart: A unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
  • _secure_session_id: A unique session identifier.
  • storefront_digest: A unique identifier, used to determine if the current visitor has access to the store if it is password protected.
