1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

You have 90 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for a full refund.

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and uninstalled.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been installed or modified.

  • Items damaged from misuse or improper handling.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately!

  • Email us at info@homehero.co with photos or a short video of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

4. The Return Process

 

To start a return, please email our support team at info@homehero.co .

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

HomeHero will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is being returned because it was damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received.

For returns due to a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item.

 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

 

6. Exchanges

 

Exchanges are welcome! Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please email info@homehero.co to arrange an exchange.

7. HomeHero 2-Year Warranty

All HomeHero products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use (including faulty wiring or electrical issues).

  • If a product fails within this 2-year period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

  • To make a warranty claim, please email us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue, including photos or videos.
